What is Yeeply?
Yeeply connects companies with the certified technology company best suited to their digital project. We select the companies, present you with several proposals and supervise the work until delivery, so you have a single point of contact from start to finish.
Which companies does Yeeply work with?
We work with more than 150 certified technology companies: software houses, app and web development studios, and specialists in areas such as artificial intelligence, e-commerce and cybersecurity.
For each project we choose the setup that fits best:
- A specialist company, when the project is focused on one service. For example, an Android app.
- A multidisciplinary company, when the project needs several skills at once. For example, the UX, UI and development of a website.
- Several companies coordinated by Yeeply, for larger projects such as a digital transformation, where each company covers the part it does best.
What does “certified company” mean?
It means the company has passed Yeeply’s selection process before receiving any project. We review its track record, references and technical capacity, and we check how it works with clients.
Trust also grows project by project: as a company proves the quality of its work, it takes on larger projects and more responsibility.

My project or idea is not completely defined yet. Can Yeeply help me out?
Yes, we provide consultancy services to support you in the earlier stages of your project. It also occurs that when clients get in touch with us to talk about their project, they discover they haven’t thought about all the details. Hiring consultancy services will help you to get your project up and running.
Can I manage my project via your platform?
Yes. Our platform allows you to centralise the communication and progress regarding your project. You can easily monitor and review the work, and get notified when milestones are met.
However, we understand if companies or agencies prefer to use their management or communication tools. In that case, you can use any alternative you prefer to control your project.
Do you offer maintenance services for completed projects?
Yes. Many clients keep working with the same team for continuous growth and improvement. Think of maintenance, software updates, new functionalities, design adjustments etc.
However, we usually take some maintenance hours into account from the very beginning. This to avoid you’ll be surprised with unexpected costs after the project is delivered. These hours include adjustments and bug corrections. In case you wish to add new features or make complex technical changes, you’ll need to pay for the extra work.

Where can I find the prices for each type of project?
The final cost depends on the scope, the technology and the profiles involved, so every project gets its own quote.
As a guide, our starting prices are €2,000 excl. VAT for a landing page, €4,500 for a corporate website and €8,000 for a mobile app. Tell us about your project using the “Receive price estimate” button and we will send you an estimate, with no obligation and in full confidence.
Can you give me more insight into the cost of my project?
Yes, we can. First, you’ll have to tell us a bit more about your project. You can do so, via this form. After that, we’ll contact you to discuss the remaining details before we send you a quote.
Requesting a proposal is obligation-free. If it matches your expectations, you can accept it, and we’ll start working on your project!
Do you work with hourly rates or with fixed pricing?
Both. You can work with the company on a fixed price model, or you can choose a time and material contract. It all depends on your wishes and what fits your project best. We help you to define the hiring conditions you’re most comfortable with.
How can you offer such a competitive price-quality ratio?
A high-quality service is not necessarily the most expensive option. We work to find the solution that fits your needs and your budget.
Two things make this possible. We work continuously with the same certified companies, which lets us negotiate conditions. And we compare several proposals for each project, so you can choose the one with the best balance between price and quality.
Contract & Payments

Who will I sign a contract with, the team I hire or with Yeeply?
You’ll sign a contract with Yeeply—we are responsible for ensuring that your project is developed in optimum conditions. If something doesn’t go as planned during the project, we’ll take care of fixing it. You can always count on our support whenever needed.
The team, on the other hand, will simultaneously sign an agreement with Yeeply to work on your project.
When do the first (and following) costs arise?
We always require an initial payment to get your project started. The percentage of this initial payment depends on the negotiation, but it usually varies between 30% and 50% of the total costs. This allows us to dedicate the necessary resources to the project.
The remaining quantity is paid when the predefined milestones are accomplished. This number may vary per project.
Which methods of payment do you have?
Payments are made by bank transfer, with no fees, on receipt of each invoice.
Do you offer any type of guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty from the moment the app is published or the project is delivered. It covers bugs in the source code that were not detected during the testing phase.
It does not cover faults caused by factors outside the development, by modifications or adaptations made by the client, or by new features developed by other teams.

I want to keep my idea safe, can I sign an NDA with Yeeply?
Yes, if you wish, we can provide a non-disclosure agreement between us (Yeeply) and you (the customer). We provide an NDA to all clients who request it and who have demonstrated a real interest in carrying out a project with us. The confidentiality clause remains in force for 5 years after the project ends.
Is my idea protected when talking to a team that I possibly want to work with?
Yes. After we assigned you a team, you can directly discuss the details of your project with them. You won’t have to worry about keeping your idea safe, as they signed for confidentiality regarding all Yeeply projects.
Who owns the source code when my project is done?
Once the client has completed all payments, we hand over the source code and transfer all intellectual property rights for the project, so the client becomes its sole owner.
Only in exceptional cases, the source code can be reused by the development company to cut costs of another project. In this case, the conditions of shared exploitation of the source code must be notified to the client beforehand and should be mentioned in the contract.
